Note - this is for Microsoft Outlook 2016, as it ships with Microsoft Office (it has a blue icon). This does not include Outlook Express (blue and white icon), which is installed by default on Windows XP - see the Outlook Express for instructions or Outlook 2013 which has a yellow icon.

  1. Start Microsoft Outlook 2016
  2. Click on File
  3. Click on Add Account
  4. Enter in your Bravehost email address and click Connect
  5. Choose IMAP
  6. Enter in your Bravehost email address password and click Connect
  7. Now click Done

That should do it and your email account should now work correctly.

Make sure to send a test email to another email address you have access to to verify that everything is set up correctly.
