Please note that our live help is only open on weekdays for limited hours. You can always open a support ticket if you need to contact contact our support team.

How to Get There

  1. Log in to your Bravenet account.
  2. Select one of the websites, web tools, domains, e-mail, ftp, or databases tab.
  3. In the top-right hand corner of the screen, there will be a link to our Live Help, as well as the status of the service.
