To get your connection information, log in and click on the FTP tab. First, check your FTP account and make sure that you are using '/' for the path. Your FTP hostname will be listed here next to your FTP account.

The connection settings you will need are:
 
Username/Login: The complete FTP account username shown in the FTP area of your account<br>
Password: The password you set up for this account<br>
Server name/hostname: The ftpXX.bravehost.com address listed in your FTP area<br>
Host directory: /web/yourdomain.com
 
In the Remote Info area of your Site Definition box, please make sure that the 'passive FTP' option is selected.
