Your Bravenet account will need to be using the same character encoding as your webpage.

To update the character encoding for your account, please do the following:

1. Log into Bravenet and click on "Email Forms" in your list of registered services 2. Click on 'edit info' beneath your Account Information 3. In the "Encoding:" area, select your webpage's character encoding 4. Click on "Save Changes"
