Why does the text submitted appear differently on my Verification page?

Your Bravenet account will need to be using the same character encoding as your webpage.

To update the character encoding for your account, please do the following:

1. Log into your Bravenet account
2. Make sure you are on the Dashboard
3. Click on "Account" at the top right of the page
4. Click on "Edit Profil" beneath your Account Information
5. In the "Encoding:" area, select your webpage's character encoding
6. Click on "Save"
