Why does the text submitted appear differently on my Verification page?

Your Bravenet account will need to be using the same character encoding as your webpage.

To update the character encoding for your account, please do the following:

1. Log into Bravenet and click on "Email Forms" in your list of registered services
2. Click on 'edit info' beneath your Account Information
3. In the "Encoding:" area, select your webpage's character encoding
4. Click on "Save Changes"
