1. Log into Bravenet and click on "Email Forms" in your list of registered services

2. Click on 'edit info' beneath your Account Information
2. Click on "Account" at the top right of the page<br />
3. In the "Encoding:" area, select your webpage's character encoding
4. Click on "Edit Profile" beneath your Account Information<br />

5. In the "Encoding:" area, select your webpage's character encoding<br />

To update the character encoding for your account, please do the following:

1. Log into your Bravenet account
2. Click on "Account" at the top right of the page
4. Click on "Edit Profile" beneath your Account Information
5. In the "Encoding:" area, select your webpage's character encoding
6. Click on "Save"
