When I submit my form I get a Bravenet error page that says 'The system has failed to log you in'. What could be the problem?

This error may happen if you're not using the full form codes provided. Please remove all of the form codes from your page, and then add the complete copy/paste codes from within your service manager.

To get your Email Forms copy/paste code, please do the following:

1. Log into your Bravenet account
2. Click on the Web Apps tab
3. Click on "Email Forms" in your list of Web Tools
4. Click on 'Forms Builder'
5. Click on 'My Forms'
6. Click on 'Get Code' next to your form
