What does "Uniques / Page Views" 25% mean in my counter statistics?

Here is an example:
If your total amount of hits for the day is 4. That is 100%
If your total amount of unique visitors is 1. That would be 25%
It is a comparison between your total amount of hits to unique visitors.
It would show as:
Uniques / Page Views 25%
