We offer a live help chat service to our members with paid services.

Please note that our live help is only open on weekdays for limited hours. You can always open a support ticket if you need to contact contact our support team.

How to Get There

Log in to your Bravenet account.
Select one of the FTP Hosting, domains, or e-mail tabs.
In the top-right hand corner of the screen, there will be a link to our Live Help, as well as the status of the service. When online, it will appear as follows:
