I've been getting spam emails from the forms service, how can I stop this?

The IP address the email was submitted from should be included in the email as well. To ban this IP address, you can do the following:

1. Log into your Bravenet account
2. Click on the Web Apps tab
3. Click on "Email Forms" in your list of Web Tools
4. Click on "IP banning"
5. In the "Ban an IP address" area, enter their IP address and click Add IP

You can also enable the Image Verification option to reduce spam, but please note if you have the Professional Email Forms, this would also enable the verification page as well.

To enable Image Verification, you can follow these steps:

1. Log into your Bravenet account
2. Click on the Web Apps tab
3. Click on "Email Forms" in your list of Web Tools
4. Click General Settings
5. In the Image Verification area, select 'Yes, use images to verify that users are actually making posts'
6. Click on "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page
