The IP address the email was submitted from should be included in the email as well. To ban this IP address, you can do the following:
1. Log into your Bravenet account
2. Make sure you are on the Dashboard
3. Click on "Contact Forms" in your list of Web Tools
4. Click on "IP banning"
5. In the Banned IP address area, enter their IP address and click on "Go"
