The IP address the email was submitted from should be included in the email as well. To ban this IP address, you can do the following:
1. Log into your Bravenet account
2. Make sure you are on the Dashboard
3. Click on "Email Forms" in your list of Web Tools
4. Click on "IP banning"
5. In the "Banned IP address" area, enter their IP address and click on Go
You can also enable the Image Verification option to reduce spam, but please note if you have the Professional Email Forms, this would also enable the verification page as well.

1. Log into your Bravenet account
2. Make sure you are on the Dashboard
3. Click on "Email Forms" in your list of Web Tools
4. Click General Settings
5. In the Image Verification area, select "Yes, use images to verify that users are actually making posts"
6. Click on the "Save" button
