How do I restore my Mailing List from a backup?

1. Log into your Bravenet account
2. Click on the Mailing List Service tab
3. Click on the link "Backup/Restore Contact List"
4. Paste the entire email you received from your latest emailed backup
5. Click on the button "Restore from Backup"

If your list is relatively large, this may take a while.
