How do I restore my Mailing List from a backup?

1. Log into your Bravenet account
2. Click on the Web Apps tab
3. Click on "Mailing List" in your list of Web Tools
4. Click on the link "Manage Contacts"
5. Click on the button "Backup/Restore"
6. Paste the entire email you received from your latest emailed backup
7. Click on the button "Restore Contacts"

If your list is relatively large, this may take a while.
