Under Default Comment Permissions, you can choose who you want to allow comments from.

In the Comment Approvals section, select "Require approval before comments are displayed" if you want a chance to approve the messages before they are displayed on your Blog.

In the Apply Changes Globally section, choose "Apply these changes to all blog entries, as well as new entries" if you also want to update the comment permissions of older entries.

With the Free Blog your entries are viewable by everyone. Pro subscribers can choose to only allow access from their friends, or those who know the password, in the Journal Privacy area.
