1. Log into your Bravenet account
2. Click on the Web Apps tab
3. Click on "GuestMap" in your list of Web Tools
4. Click on "Review Pending"
5. Click the buttons under the X or the check mark to approve or deny the messages
6. Click the "Update Messages" button
