Hosting accounts are metered on a monthly basis. When your bandwidth allotment has been exceeded, we turn off access to your website for the remainder of the month.
Bandwidth is limited only be preventing excessive, Terms of Service-violating bandwidth usage. Current Bravenet accounts and Professional package hosting accounts have unlimited bandwidth for their web traffic to utilize.
 
If you are a free user you can upgrade to a professional hosting package to have your site reactivated. Or if you're a professional hosting customer already, you can buy a package with more resources.
 
This is a necessary step to ensure that all site accounts run as fast and reliably as they can.
