To backup your FTP Based websites files, you will want to ensure that you have an FTP client handy. We recommend using Filezilla for its simple interface.
To find your FTP login details you can follow the directions below:
1. Log into your account
2. Click on the "SFTP" tab at the top of the page
3. Get your FTP login details here, or click the icon under "FTP Applet" for any FTP account to use the Java FTP Applet
