Bandwidth limitations

Starter FTP package and existing free hosting package accounts are metered on a monthly basis. When your bandwidth allotment has been exceeded, we turn off access to your website for the remainder of the month. The Premium FTP hosting package offers unlimited bandwidth.

If you are a free user you can upgrade to a professional hosting package to have your site reactivated. Or if you're a professional hosting customer already, you can buy a package with more resources.

This is a necessary step to ensure that all site accounts run as fast and reliably as they can.
