What is a registrar?
(Redirected from Registrar)
A domain name registrar is an organization that manages the reservation of Internet domain names. A domain name registrar must be accredited by a generic top-level domain registry and/or a country code top-level domain registry. Our domain registrar is responsible for selling the rights and services to us that we include in one convenient, easy-to-use package for you on our website, without having to directly manage all of the nameservers, mailservers, or additional administrative faculties. Bravenet is still responsible for any web hosting in your Bravenet account, as well as keeping the domain records managed and handled properly.
