How can I downgrade my Professional service back to the free version?

There is no way to downgrade from within your account, however you can contact our support center to downgrade the service for you. You can open a support ticket request from http://support.bravenet.com

Please also make sure that any recurring payments are cancelled, since you will no longer be paying for it.
