Add Additional Email Storage


This page provides instructions to add additional email storage which can then be allocated to existing email accounts.

Overview

Additional email storage can be added to allocate to your existing email accounts. Additional Email storage is purchased for the number of months left in your current Email service. A minimum of 1 GB can be added. Adding additional email storage to an account is a two step process. You first purchase additional email storage then you allocate the additional storage to an email account or accounts.

Part 1 Purchase Additional Storage

Step 1 Login to your Bravenet account

Use the following link to login to an existing Bravenet Account.

Step 2 Add More Storage

  1. Click on the 'Email' tab
  2. Click on the 'Add More Storage' button
  3. Move the slider to the desired amount of additional storage you would like to purchase and click the 'Buy Storage' button
  4. On the Order Details screen choose one of our payment methods and click the 'Place Order' button
  5. Click the 'Click To Continue' button

Part 2 Allocate Additional Storage

  1. Click on the 'Email' tab
  2. Locate the email account you would like to allocate the storage to under Manage Accounts and click the 'Storage' link
  3. Move the slider right to allocate additional storage to this account. Move the slider to the left to allocate less space to this account. Click the 'Update Storage Limit' button when you are satisfied with the amount of storage allocated to this account.
