If you built your site using the Website Wizard, we recommend redirecting your new domain name to your subdomain URL. This way, you won't need to recreate the entire website on your new domain.

You could just move the files created by your Website Wizard if you like, but if you do, you would need to edit those pages in the File Manager area from now on. This would give you full control of the look of the site, but you would lose all the Wizard functionality, and we only recommend doing this if you have some HTML coding knowledge.

Redirection is also a nice feature, even if you don't use the Wizard, since you would not need to move anything at all.

If this is a custom-built website, you could move your files without having to download them by using a third-party FTP client which supports drag/drop such as FileZilla or Ipswitch_WS_FTP_Professional.
