When I submit my form I get a Bravenet error page that says 'The system has failed to log you in'. What could be the problem?


This error may happen if you're not using the full form code provided. Please remove all of the form codes from your page, and then add the complete copy/paste code from within your service manager.

To get your Contact Form copy/paste code, please do the following:

1. Log into your Bravenet account
2. Click on the Web Tools tab
3. Click on "Contact Forms" in your list of Web Tools
4. Beside the form in question, click on the drop-down arrow, and select Get Form Code
