How does a visitor ask me a question using my FAQ service?
Visitors can only ask questions if you have the "Allow Questions" feature enabled in the General Settings area.
From your FAQ Service page, the visitor would click on the "Ask A Question" link on the left side bar.
This will bring up a page with a form to fill out the following information: Name, email, question category, and the question they want to ask.
They would then click on the "Ask!" button to submit the question.
The new question will then be waiting in the "Review Pending" area of your Service Manager.
